Add-on · Team Marketing License
Add the Team Marketing License to any tier for individual digital photos you can use for team social media, hype graphics, and Canva designs throughout the season.
The license covers team and program marketing only. Families still purchase their own downloads through the gallery.
Billing
Booking fees are invoiced through QuickBooks with Net 30 payment terms. Here's the full flow, plus what your team gets with every booking.
Once we agree on a date, I send you a booking form to complete and officially reserve it
I send the invoice to you, and you pass it to whoever is covering it — a booster treasurer, a business office, or a sponsor
The invoice includes my W-9 and ACH authorization letter as attachments, so whoever pays has everything they need to set me up as a vendor
A team account, a booster club, a local sponsor, an activity fund — however your program handles it is fine by me. ACH, check, or Venmo
If the organization paying is tax exempt, there's no sales tax on the booking fee — I just need a current Iowa Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (Form 31-014) on file for them

Pricing, tiers, and how billing works — in a packet you can forward to whoever needs it.
Family product pricing and makeup sessions. Everything parents need after photo day.
Ordering
After the shoot, families order directly through the online gallery. Iowa sales tax (7%) is applied at checkout.
Missed photo day?
Illness, conflicts, weather. Makeup sessions are available and billed directly to the parent, not the team.
Parents pay in advance via Venmo to @jbormann3 to confirm the appointment.
Makeup sessions cover individual portraits only; gallery products are purchased separately. Missed athletes can't be added to a completed team photo unless Photoshop compositing has been arranged, and a team-requested return trip is billed separately.
Want a specific edit done to your preference? That’s a $35 design fee.
11×17 Poster · $20
The team design, printed big at 11×17 for a bedroom wall. It’s $20, it comes with every session type, and you order it from the gallery with everything else. The design follows the session your team booked — here’s one of each:

Kind words

A teacher with a camera
I spent years teaching middle and high school English, so a roomful of teenagers doesn't faze me. The way I run a sports shoot is the way I ran a classroom. Fast and specific.
Athletes bring the energy. I bring the lighting and a plan. The session moves.
Still thinking it over?
I'd rather have a real conversation than send you a form.Email me and we'll figure out what fits.
