Each booking fee covers a single trip on your scheduled photo day, so book once your roster is finalized and every key athlete is there for it. Anyone who misses photo day can still grab a makeup session.

Photos your program can post all season
Add the Team Marketing License to any tier for individual digital photos you can use for team social media, hype graphics, and Canva designs throughout the season.

Photo credit to Professionally Driven Productions is required wherever images are used. Families still purchase their own downloads through the gallery.

Makeup sessions
Illness, conflicts, weather. Makeup sessions are available and billed directly to the parent, not the team or school.

How it works
The booking fee covers the show-up: travel, posing 20 to 30 athletes, individual and team shots, editing, and gallery delivery. Here's what that looks like start to finish.

How billing works
- Booking fee invoiced to your school or booster club, never to you personally
- Net 30 payment terms, through QuickBooks
- No sales tax with an Iowa exemption certificate (Form 31-014) on file
- Pay by ACH (preferred), check, or Venmo

Currently shooting seven schools, so earlier bookings get first pick of dates.
